Production and delivery

Most pieces are made and shipped within 3 to 4 working days. Weekends and public holidays do not count.
Production
The order is passed to the London workshop on the working day it is confirmed. Passed before noon, London time, it goes into production the same day. Production time varies by piece and is given on its page; delivery time is added and starts at dispatch.
A parcel marked shipped after 6.30 pm, London time, is collected the next morning. The delivery address can no longer be changed at that stage.
The Tirage papier follows its own path: printed to order, it is signed and numbered by hand by Lucas S. JEAN, then shipped from Guadeloupe with a handwritten note. Allow three to five weeks depending on the destination; the lead time is confirmed in writing before payment.

For express, the working day after dispatch counts as day one.
French overseas territories and French-speaking Caribbean
Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, French Guiana, Réunion: indicative lead time of two weeks, production included. Local import taxes, including the octroi de mer, may remain payable by the recipient.

Charges and lead times depend on the destination and its accessibility. A remote area may carry a surcharge, shown before payment.
Receipt
A signature is required on delivery, without exception. If nobody is in, a notice is left; the recipient then arranges a new slot with the carrier.
Charges
Delivery charges do not add up. Whatever the number of pieces ordered, only the highest delivery charge in the order applies. The delivery address may differ from the billing address.
Customs
For most destinations, the House pays import duties and taxes in advance: nothing is requested on delivery.

For these destinations, the House states before payment that duties or charges may be collected by the carrier or the country of arrival. The Tirage papier, shipped from Guadeloupe, follows the terms on its page.
