Shipping
Most pieces are made and shipped within two to three working days. Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days.
Production
Production time varies by piece and is given in each edition record. Delivery time is added to it and starts once the order has shipped.
An order settled before noon leaves the same day. An order marked shipped after 6.30 p.m. is collected the following morning, and the delivery address can no longer be changed at that stage.
France
| Standard | 2 to 5 working days |
|---|---|
| Express | 1 to 2 working days |
| Carrier | DHL |
| Bulky pieces | 3 to 5 working days, Parcel Force via La Poste or GLS |
Ninety per cent of orders arrive the day after shipping. On express delivery, the next working day counts as the first day.
Receiving
A signature is required on handover, without exception. If no one is present, a notice is left in the letterbox. The recipient then calls DHL on 08 25 10 00 80 to agree a new day and time.
Charges
Shipping charges do not accumulate. Whatever the number of pieces ordered, only the highest charge in the basket applies. An order of two bags and one print carries the print’s charge alone.
The delivery address may differ from the billing address.
International
| Transit | 3 to 5 working days |
|---|---|
| Major cities | 2 days in some cases |
| Carriers | DHL, FedEx |
| Tracking | End to end |
Charges and transit times depend on the destination and how accessible it is. A remote area may carry a supplement.
Customs
Customs duties are paid in advance for most destination countries. A delivery outside the European Union may nonetheless attract customs or administration charges levied by the country of arrival. Those charges fall outside the House and are not recoverable. The import regulations of the country of arrival govern.
