Protection and authenticity

The House protects its buyers, its works and its name. Here are the safeguards in place, and how to check that an exchange really comes from it.

A domain, number or account missing from this list does not speak for SEYMR®, even if it uses its name, logo or visuals.
Payment
The House never asks you to pay for a piece into a new bank account announced by message. Its bank details appear on the named quotation or the invoice, sent from conciergerie@seymr.fr. If in doubt, check them on WhatsApp, at the official number, before any transfer.
Card or Apple Pay payment takes place on the secure page of an authorised payment provider, opened by a link specific to the order. The House never has access to your full card details. It will never ask you for a password or a code received by text message.

These safeguards are checked with every version of the site.
Authenticity
Each original work is recorded on Polygon, a public blockchain, under a token numbered 1 to 7. The record can be consulted freely and cannot be rewritten.
Each edition copy carries its rank within the edition total and comes with its certificate: rank, total, date, materials, the House’s contract identifier. To verify a certificate, write to conciergerie@seymr.fr with its number: the House confirms in writing.
Exclusivity
The motifs of the editions are drawn by Lucas S. JEAN and derive from the works of the corpus. They are protected by copyright from the moment of their creation (French Intellectual Property Code, Article L111-1). The SEYMR® trademark has been filed. The House enforces its rights against any reproduction, imitation or misuse of its name.
Report
A fake account, a doubtful message, a copy of a piece, a flaw on the website: write to conciergerie@seymr.fr. Security researchers will find the reporting terms in the security.txt file.
If you have given bank details or paid money to a third party claiming to be SEYMR®, alert your bank without delay. In France, the public platform cybermalveillance.gouv.fr guides victims; elsewhere, contact the competent authorities of your country.
