Doukou names the right moment: knowing when to release accumulated force to close a cycle.
Curves cross the space like currents: lunar cycles, seasons, the time of ripening. Angles fall into them like decisions: sowing, pruning, harvest.
The whole turns around an unmarked centre. Tension peaks just before resolution.
It hung for six months in Paris, 117 rue d’Aboukir, in a men’s clothing and barber shop, from December 2020. It was then given away. Its present location is not established.
